All sales are final. The Lord Vintage does not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Please measure your space and access to the property prior to sale. The Lord Vintage will not refund based on items not being suitable for your space and deliveries cannot be returned due to access issues. All measurements are provided at point of sale and should be used as a rough guide, please allow for small discrepancies as some items are not easy to measure.
No staging items or accessories are included unless advertised.

The Lord Vintage items are photographed and displayed to show how they would look in use. All items are used and of differing age and wear, there is no standard to follow and buyers expectations should be affirmed prior to purchase. We will always do our best to highlight damages, but some wear and markings commiserate with age should be expected. You are welcome to arrange a viewing in Clifton Springs to assess condition prior to purchase. We are also happy to video the item or send more detailed photos should you request them. Please use care when lifting and assembling items. we are happy to advise how we assembled the item, but as there is no manufacturing instructions with most items due to age, we assume no responsibilty for any injuries obtained during assembling, lifting or use. We would highly recommend attaching any furniture able to tip to walls using proper fittings. Consult a professional for this. Overfilling units with heavy items may increase the chances of collapse, please consider the weight placed on shelving or SIMILAR.
Authenticity is not guaranteed. Whilst we do our best to research and list all items to the best of our abilities, we cannot authenticate any items. We will list by markings, design, prior item knowledge, where the location was collected from and image searches.
If your item is eligible for a consumer law refund, all refunds will be provided via the same payment method after the item as been collected.
